Surjeet and his team have recently completed our house. We had a double storey extension and front extension. It was a big project and we had to move out so we were very anxious about it. Im very glad to say that We are very happy with all the work and not only were they professional but also finished the job in time. Last year we were scouting for builders to undertake refurbishment and extension work at a property. The work involved rear extension with wrap-around behind the garage, front extension to bring a portion of the house in line with garage wall, reconfiguring bedrooms upstairs and modernising the house, underfloor heating across entire downstairs and rewiring overall to list a few. We received quotes from several builders, and Momi construction Ltd was one of them. After several evaluations and reviews we chose to proceed with them. The entire project timeline was estimated to be around 16 to 18 weeks. Right from day one our wavelength hit really well both with Surjit as well as his team. His team is hard-working and they're on the ball, which meant the work was proceeding at expected pace if not faster. In spite of delays in supplies varying from 8 weeks for the kitchen to around 6-weeks for tiles, we were pleasantly surprised Surjit completed the work in 22 weeks. It has been almost 9 months now. No issues as such and he is very quick to respond to any snags we come across. Overall we're happy with the work and the team. Momi builders are awesome, amazing. We did entire ground floor with single storey, garage conversion , silicone rendering ,new bathroom, roofs and upstairs refurbishment. They completed in just 3 months and treated us like a family member. Thanks Momi team, house is looking amazing.
